Your individual activities are planned together with your contact person and joint activities are planned at our 'living meetings' where you have the opportunity to enter a larger community and to express your opinions and your wishes.

Leisure time is important and an essential part of recovery and mental well-being. A free zone to do something you enjoy, a context that feels meaningful. The key is to find out how you want to spend your free time, your health, your social life, your routines and your daily rhythm. What you like and what you want to do, alone or with others.

Community activities can be different, depending on who you are and who lives in the accommodation. Together, we organize dinners, parties, readings, walks in the city and the forest, excursions and more. When it's time for a vacation, we offer it individually and in groups.

We quality assure the company every year. We measure participants', clients' and employees' views on the activities to improve, secure and raise the quality.

SEMESTER

Holidays are a time for recreation and rest, relaxation, exercise, fun and enjoyment. Activities are mostly located in the local area. It can be walking, sunbathing, swimming, fishing, park walks, city walks or meeting our other daily activities for a picnic. We can also pick berries and mushrooms and take care of our own crops. Our swimming pool in Järna is also a popular destination in summer. In winter, there are opportunities for skiing vacations in Härjedalen.

FRESH CARE

Painting, music, arts and crafts and physical activity reduce negative stress and improve our long-term health. In addition to artistic activities, we offer everyday physical activities in our local environment for healthy wellness. These can include mindfulness, games, walking, cycling, outdoor exercise, hiking in the woods or walking with a walking stick. In Södertälje, we have a dog daycare center as a natural element for movement. We also have a small gym. For recovery indoors, we invite you to activities for rest and recreation.
