HOW THE JATC WORKS WITH QUALITY ASSURANCE

Since 1997, we have actively worked on quality assurance of our work processes. Our quality work is based on JATC Community Health Care's systematic quality management system. Management, together with staff, work in accordance with the company's mission and values to ensure holistic, safe, sustainable and innovative care.All care is planned together with the needs of the individual at the center. We continuously monitor and ensure the quality of care in everyday life. This is done through:

  • Regular self-assessments
  • Feedback and complaint handling
  • Non-conformity reports

Participant satisfaction

We ensure participant satisfaction through the SKR National User Survey. The survey focuses on four areas:

  • Safety and well-being
  • Treatment of people
  • Participation
  • Self-determination

Customer and employee satisfaction

We also ensure customer and employee satisfaction. The overall result enables us to take a proactive approach to training, planning, ensuring and developing our activities.
